Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has announced its 2025 recruitment drive for Graduate Engineers in the Chemical, Electrical, and Instrumentation streams. The application portal opened on 5 September 2025 and will remain active until 21 September 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility norms can apply online through the official website, iocl.com.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold a B.Tech/BE degree in the relevant engineering field. The maximum permissible age is 26 years as on the closing date. Only candidates fulfilling both academic and age requirements will be shortlisted for further stages.

Selection Procedure
The recruitment process will be carried out in three phases:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective assessment carrying 100 marks.
- Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT): Conducted for candidates qualifying the CBT.
- Personal Interview (PI): Final evaluation of shortlisted candidates.
The merit list will include only those who successfully clear all three rounds.
Application Requirements
Before filling the form, candidates should keep ready:
- A passport-sized photo taken after April 2025 (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm).
- Signature in black ink on white paper (avoid capital letters).
- Left thumb impression in black or blue ink.
- A valid email ID and mobile number.
- Payment details for the application fee.
During application, candidates need to visit the recruitment section of the IOCL website, select “Recruitment of Engineers/Officers (Grade A) through CBT – 2025”, and complete the online form. The system will capture a live photograph using the applicant’s device camera. After entering details, uploading documents, and making payment, applicants should download and keep a copy of the form.
