Exceptions: When Refunds May Apply

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same subscription.
  • Technical Error: If payment is made but you do not receive access to the purchased content, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Service Discontinuation: If MoolPath Academy permanently discontinues a subscription plan you have already paid for, a partial refund may be provided based on unused duration.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
  • Inability to complete or use the course due to personal reasons (time, exam change, device issues, etc.).
  • Misuse of login credentials or account sharing leading to account suspension.
  • Access already granted to downloadable content (e.g., PDF study notes, e-books).

How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to: help@cggovt.com with your payment details, order ID, and reason for the request.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

Where applicable, we provide sample materials or free demo classes so learners can evaluate our content before purchasing. We recommend reviewing these resources before subscribing.
